It’s easy to make the most of what life has to offer at Zinfandel Ridge, with amenities at every turn.
Trails and Pathways
In addition to the walking paths along roadways, six and a half miles of nature trails and paved paths are right outside your door to take you around the neighborhood, on a hike to a scenic viewpoint, or just to a neighbor’s to share a bottle of the latest release from your favorite local winery. And with the completion of the planned historic Arroyo Ditch trail, one day you’ll even be able to hike or bike all the way to downtown Plymouth.
Open Space
Approximately 132 acres of open space throughout the community have been set aside, preserving hundreds of old-growth trees, myriads of birds and wildlife, weathered rock formations and even the remnants of an ancient Miwok hunting blind. The result is serene settings of natural beauty throughout Zinfandel Ridge, with views in every direction, from Mount Diablo or the Sierras to downtown Sacramento.
Parks
Three neighborhood parks will be available to Zinfandel Ridge residents totaling approximately 16 acres:
Zinfandel Park is the community’s largest park and has something for everyone, including trails, a large spring-fed pond, tot lot, separate play structure for older children, grassy play field, picnic shelter, barbecue areas and basketball half court.
Vintner Park features a tot lot, swing set, grassy play area, as well as a bocce ball court.
Old Vine Park offers a serene setting with winding trails, a pond, picnic tables and bench seating for reading, relaxing or just contemplating the view.
